Pending withdrawal for over 2 months
I’ve had a £1000 pending withdrawal since 15th November. They have asked for source of wealth information and are not paying out based on that.
My £1000 deposit was made on 15th November at 14:57. The £1000 withdrawal was made at 16:42 on the same day after I realised they had limited my account without informing me, and I couldn’t place any reasonably sized bets.
This means the £1000 balance is unplayed and I am simply requesting the funds to be sent back to me. I believe it is against UKGC guidelines to withhold an unplayed deposit.
Furthermore, I have tried to contact 888casino on countless occasions about this pending withdrawal, stating that even if they want source of wealth information, I am currently not in work so cannot provide a payslip or other similar documents. They say they will get back to me to advise which documents to provide but they never do. The customer service is appalling, they’ve ignored me for over 2 months.
Even if I have to provide the source of wealth documents for my money back, they are not advising how to proceed in this situation. I can’t believe a company like 888 can behave so poorly.
