Hi, on 888 free 88 spins, I won £9:50.
I hit the 100 percent wagering rights and my total grew to £50:15.
I sent over 25 emails to the Manual Withdrawn team with all my details in that email and they replied, passed your email on to the relevant team and you will hear something within 1-5 days. They never get back to me over a 4 week period.
I met all their wagering requirements and now they won’t reply and withdraw my winnings.
The reviews on TrustPilot are awful and the customer service is the most that take criticism.
Please help this company got fined recently as well and taken it out on genuine customers.
