No response from responsibility gaming team for one month

On the 28th of March, my account was “temporarily restricted” due to a safety concern because of comments made on my account. I replied back to the email explaining that I do not have financial problems or gambling issues since the email asked me to reply back answering their questions. Since then, I contacted 888casino 5 times by calling but the responsible gambling team does not have a phone line so the only way was for me to contact them by email but they still haven’t replied for nearly two months and my account is still “temporarily” restricted.
