Identification verification problem

Hi 28 th June 2023 my request was accepted for my £25 winnings to go into my bank account but then they temporarily disabled my 888 casino account told me I had to verify my identification. I told them I haven’t got a passport or drivers license and was told I can upload council tax bill and bank statement. Then they sent email saying upload photo identification ie passport etc. basically since the above date I have sent lots of emails there chat bot advisors have told me all different things but nothing has been resolved. I found a page on there website saying if you haven’t got photo identification passport or drivers license then you can use birth certificate along with utility bill

I have screenshot the page stating you can use birth certificate I will attach it to this . Also last week I have received a form of photo id. From uk local authorities Sandwell council as we now need photo id to vote in the election so I have uploaded a copy of that as well But they sent me email again saying upload passport or drivers license. It’s really frustrating because it’s like they am not listening to me or reading my emails. The identification documents I sent are confidential and are good enough for proper identification. And especially when it states on the 888 casino website you can use your birth certificate. I have sent them the screenshot of it but no explanation of that so that is why I don’t think they are looking into this issue. It is only £25 and £7 in my casino account to play with.

If you can help me I would be so grateful because I’m fed up with keep on sending the same documents and explaining the same thing

So you have now closed down my account and with no explanation or reason as to why! And by the sound of it you have no intention of giving me a reason! So for nearly two months I have been waisting my time sending you emails and trying my best to get my identity verified. I have also waisted money that I couldn’t afford to spend I’m getting identification cards just to satisfy you to prove who I am when I already had documents that was government provided that was acceptable identification documents, all because I was trying to receive my winnings £25 from you what I had won fair and square .but unfortunately for me I don’t drive and have never needed a passport or a drivers license. I have done found statements on your website what led me to believe was true and after speaking with online chat bot help who confirmed 888 info telling me yes you can use birth certificate etc etc after uploading a whole load of documents and info from your website I find out that it is all no longer true. Considering 888 casino is a well known and “successful “company the way you have handled my issue is absolutely disgraceful and in professional. And your conclusion is “ easy way out close my account. And no explanation why you have closed my account with no intention to explain. So you owe me £25 winnings and £7 in my players account so will you be transferring it to me?? Because that small amount of money does belong to me and its the least you could do for me after you have closed my account down and had me on a piece of string for nearly two months. As you have closed my account I take it you have resolved this issue but I’m sorry that’s not the case for me bcus I still have winnings in your casino account what I fairly won it’s only right I should have it
