Identification verification problem
Hi 28 th June 2023 my request was accepted for my £25 winnings to go into my bank account but then they temporarily disabled my 888 casino account told me I had to verify my identification. I told them I haven’t got a passport or drivers license and was told I can upload council tax bill and bank statement. Then they sent email saying upload photo identification ie passport etc. basically since the above date I have sent lots of emails there chat bot advisors have told me all different things but nothing has been resolved. I found a page on there website saying if you haven’t got photo identification passport or drivers license then you can use birth certificate along with utility bill
I have screenshot the page stating you can use birth certificate I will attach it to this . Also last week I have received a form of photo id. From uk local authorities Sandwell council as we now need photo id to vote in the election so I have uploaded a copy of that as well But they sent me email again saying upload passport or drivers license. It’s really frustrating because it’s like they am not listening to me or reading my emails. The identification documents I sent are confidential and are good enough for proper identification. And especially when it states on the 888 casino website you can use your birth certificate. I have sent them the screenshot of it but no explanation of that so that is why I don’t think they are looking into this issue. It is only £25 and £7 in my casino account to play with.
If you can help me I would be so grateful because I’m fed up with keep on sending the same documents and explaining the same thing
