Holding Withdrawal for one week
On 06/11/2024 I actioned a withdrawal of funds from my 888 account, however after continued contact with customer services they continue to refuse to process the return and the withdrawal just remains as pending in the account and is not being returned to the card that I used to deposit the funds.
I have provided all ID and proof of address etc and have had confirmation from 888 that my account is fully verified, I have also provided 3 months bank slips as requested but they continue to withhold my funds and will not return them to me.
I am fully verified (with confirmation from 888) have simply withdrawn my own personal funds that were in the account but 888 continue to obstruct the withdrawal and still have not processed the withdrawal from their side. Customer services continually said it would be processed within the timeframe but it hasn't.
After a search online it appears that 888 are doing this to a lot of their customers so something needs to be done as this is deliberately withholding customer funds.
I just want the £800 that I withdrew 06/11/24 to be returned to the very same card that it was deposited with exactly how it is should be processed.
