User with a nickname on 888 Sport - < removed >. 27/10/2023 I was registered at 8888SPort.uk, after which I threw all my documents to undergo verification as the platform itself required. I received an answer to the mail that my account was successfully verified, I will attach this letter below with a screenshot. 17/11/2023 My account is closed for an incomprehensible reason, and additional documents are requested.

After that, I send them additional documents and my account is closed with a balance of 200 GBP, without any return. I wrote a lot to them on what basis the score was closed and why my money is not abstract. 1-2 months, it was just the ignore of my messages that they wrote in the chat that they could not help and that in the mail.

I still can’t get my money, I just struck it for an unreasonable reason. There were no bets on the rate of bets, I did not even have time to play. I think this is a violation of my game rights! And I demand that they understand this issue as quickly as possible since 8888SPort is not going to solve these problems. I ask you to figure out this issue and return my 200GBP, which I made to their game account. Thank you with great respect for you.

Moreover, as they indicate that UNFORTUNATELY, WE Cannot Disclose Such Information on Why the Documents have been Rejected for Verification. How shoud I understand this? Where then are the money and finishing of the closure of my game account? You write that I did not go through verification the prior by sending you all the documents after which your team checked them and sent me by mail SMS that I was checked fullly? Or is it such a deception? Dear Askgamblers, I ask you to figure out this issue, I believe that my account and balance was closed and confiscated without evidence. I ask you to figure it out of this kind. Let their side make at least 1 proof that I have not passed the verification.
