Failing to Process My WIthdrawal Request
I signed up with 888Casino on 31/12/2022. I deposited £700 and played Black Jack as a casino game. I realised a profit of £1056.50, and decided to withdraw my winnings plus my initial deposit (£1756.00).
888Casino, requested I provide photographic ID and a copy of the card used to deposit the money. Information requested was supplied and I received confirmation by customer services that I was fully verified.
Eight days had passed and no sign of my money, during this time I was requested to provide further information related to ‘source of funds’ which were supplied straight away. I was told this does not interfere with my withdrawal request.
After continuously chasing my withdrawal request, I was then told they cannot refund to Mastercard, and therefore I am required to provide my bank account detail so that they can process my withdrawal request via wire transfer. I provided these details on 8 January 2023, and was told it would take one day to process account details and a further day to process the withdrawal. Again after chasing on numerous occasions there is confirmation my account details are on the system but no sign of the withdrawal being processed.
