Delay in paying out from 888 com
Money was won on 777.com but emails are addressed from parent company 888.com* I am having an issue with 777.com/888.com. I withdrew £700 last week. The payment was split £305 to paypal, and £395 to my visa card. The £305 has been received, the £395 is outstanding. The payment to my visa was returned to them. This was due to my bank card being replaced, and me having a new card number. I explained this to them on Saturday. They asked me to load a new debit card and deposit. Which I explained I couldn't purely as I have put a temporary gambling block on my debit card. They asked for a bank statement to prove my bank account so they could wire the money. Which I did on Saturday and it was verified.
Sunday I had an email from the transaction team to say my remaining withdrawal will go to my pay pal. I have chased it up several times this week, as the payment hasn't been processed on their end. They are outside of their own processing timelines according to their own website.
I've told on a chat that the transaction team don't work weekends, when I challenged this as I have an email dated Sunday 14th July signed from the transaction team they've put a block on my messages going through on live chat. I remained polite just questioning their information.
