Blocked account not resolved
On 1/8/23 I asked for a payment to me to be delayed because I’d had an issue with my bank account with a suspected fraudulent transaction. This was nothing to do with 888 casino I just asked for their assistance in delaying the withdrawal.
As a result my already verified account was blocked and I have been unable to access it and withdraw funds ever since.
I have been in touch numerous times and keep getting fobbed off by customer services who state my account is verified and I am awaiting the department to unblock the account - I have no idea on timescale and can’t speak directly the department this concern:
I have asked that my account is closed and the £440 in there transferred to me as a matter of urgency - I have not had any satisfactory response to date.
