888 UK Casino - Acount verification issues, casino keeps silent

The issue that I have experienced was: I payed since 4 years with 888 casino without any issues and I am a VIP customer with full id verification.

1 January 2023 they ask me for id documents for my id verification I thought they need some additional verification I sent them my passport, driving licence, bank stetment, utilities bill, and national id card also, but on 27 January 2023 they suspended my acount, and I have money their$ 5464 which is my deposit money and I am unable to access my account, I am sending them emails every day but their answer is same we are try to lift your issues soon. I need my acount verification still I like thier games and I will continue with them.

It occurred on: 2023-01-27

This meant that It made me frustrated and make me really sad.

I want them to verify my account and return my money I will continue with them.

Now you guys are jocking not taking seriously I was thinking you guys are good and I was playing with you since 4 years,, I expected that you respect your customers but I was wrong you are not caring any one when you see money in the acount,,,

I am sending email like mad but you guys are like dead body relevant department not responding,,

Check others casinos even very bad casinos also they will communicate with the problems, not like you just keep silence,,

Reply me with the reason why since 3 months you can't verify my acount due to money in the acount or what,,,
