Account review and funds withholding for 6 months

Hello. I'm writing here to ask you for help and warn others against 888 casino.

On 5/11/22 I noticed my account was locked and I couldn't log into it. They informed by email that my account was under review and they would inform me at once it was finished. Since that day I have sent several emails to them and received same response everytime. Now it has been 6 months since my account has been under review and nothing changed. I'm afraid that it's just their strategy to steal customers funds, not issuing any decision, without which customers can't forward the case further to a ADR. The balance of my account was £616

I hope that you can help me with that.

Regrettably, due to the absence of a clearly defined timeframe for the investigation and considering the significant amount of time that has passed without any specific reason provided, we have no other choice but to close the complaint as unresolved at this stage.

Once investigation is completed we will reopen the complaint, if/when requested from the parties involved.
