Account locked for over 2 weeks and going around in circles
Played here for a couple of months.
14th Feb - account locked and received email from Pablo M in Responsible Gambling requiring an answer to two questions and a tax return/payslip. Answered the two questions within the hour and directed to page to upload tax return. Upload done alongside driving licence.
Couple of days later:
“Thank you for your cooperation with the verification of your account, however we are unable to use the documents you have sent to validate your details as the document is not fully visible.
Please check the clarity of your documents and ensure that all pictures and relevant details are visible and readable before resending.”
The tax return was a HMRC PDF and my driving licence pic taken on the latest iPhone camera. No indication of what wasn’t clear but anyway, retook the pictures of my licence and reuploaded both. Despite responding immediately to the responsible gambling email and uploading personal, extremely sensitive documents about myself, I receive an email the day after:
“During the last days we have tried to contact you several times. Unfortunately we have not received a reply from you so far.
I have temporarily closed your 888sport account until you have replied to our emails and addressed our concerns.“
Emails to this department go unanswered and no one can tell me what is going on.
I have been unable to access my account / money for over two weeks now and I’m just going around in circles with them.
