On 7th January I withdrew £6,000 from 888 Casino. On 8th January I was asked to prove my identity so I sent a copy of my passport to them. This was accepted on 10th January. Since then my withdrawal just remains pending. I have talked to various support staff who promise to escalate the situation but can't give me a timescale as to when I'll receive the money. I've never had to wait this long for a withdrawal at any casino before and seem to be getting nowhere with the support staff.

Full £6,000 now received in my bank account so I'm happy that this has been fully resolved.

I have today received £200 via Trustly and am waiting for the remaining £5,800 to be paid via Mastercard. I will update again once that has been received but it looks like the payment wheels are in motion
