On June 6, 2018, I requested a withdrawal of $300 to my bitcoin account. For some reason, this amount was split up, and $185 was deposited to my bitcoin account around 6/21. I have yet to receive the remaining balance, despite contacting support on at least a weekly basis, writing an email to the finance department, and being assured that my case was being “escalated.” Every person I talk to tells me the wrong information initially, and I have to spend 20 minutes explaining that no, the withdrawal that I made in May is not the remainder of the withdrawal I requested in June. Very frustrating experience.
