In November I registered at 32red. I made a deposit, completed wagering requirements at the casino I had 1000.29 GBP of my winning. I made a wihdrawal request. In two days I tried to log in my account but it was closed. Via chat they requested documents. I sent everything they demanded and I received the e-mail that my documents do not meet their requirements.
And they will be returning my ?10 deposit and my gaming account will remain closed, with any winnings confiscated. Then via chat I asked to infrom me with all these requirements but agent refused me. This is unfair cause I sent my documents, legit and with all corners visible and they just closed my account with all my winning. I attached a screenshot with this chat.
