I’ve made two separate withdrawals. One on the 18/10/23 and the other on 19/10/23.
I received the £300 withdrawal which I submitted on the 19th but not the £2000 I withdrew on the 18th. When getting in touch the first time I was told that there’s been a technical fault within the payment team. They told me it’ll be all paid the following morning, I therefore got in touch again seeing as I wasn’t paid anything. I was told again that there’s a technical issue and then was told it’ll be in later on that day. I’ve now received the £300 but not the £2000 so now they’re telling me my bank declined the payment of £2000 going in. I contacted my bank and they’ve said there’s no trouble our side, we can only see that £300 has gone in or tried to go in. I can attach everything for my proof. I’ve been told a continuous lie for 3 days now.
