06.09.2022 or 07.09.2022 I activated monthly deposit limit to my account, allowing me to deposit €20/month. 08.09.2022 I tried to remove it, but I didn't confirm that via email so it should be activated anyway.
08.09.2022 I activated weekly limits on my casino account, allowing me to deposit €20/week
However these limits didn't work, and I was able to deposit €460 07.09.2022-08.09.2022.
I've been asking 31bet casino to refund those deposits, but they keep saying that I have to wait - actually they said that somenone should message me on 12.09.2022 but nothing happened.
