Haven't received withdrawal or tracking numbers after 3 months


Hello yes acct summy1011 I have had a withdrawal that went to approval 11/20 for $2000. Bonus amt approx $125 to be removed. For a month and half hadnt received any answers despite asking emailing chatting about status. Then on 12/30 chat informed me I need to update docs and did they were received..then no notification about processing my withdrawal until several more emails by myself n chats. Manager at casino emailed on 1/14 two months after withdrawal went to approvals it would be escalated. Since then I have not received any tracking numbers or my withdrawal and ive emailed proper depts. A few more times since jan and most recently a week ago and one or two days ago nothing at all still. It is almost three full months and still do not have my money I have reached out numerous times. The bonus was a no rules thats what I always use. Its supposed to come via check. Where is it? I do have all the emails dates names times of chats and all details of conversations I save everything and write down everything. Please help. Sam H

Hello and i thank you very much. you are amazing and helped me in past once and i cannot thank askgamblers and you enough for what you do for the online players of the world..I will be waiting to receive the tracking number from you early next week i will check daily as its been a way too long of a wait for this withdrawal. much appreciation

I've reviewed your account and I've made certain your payment has gone off to be processed. With this in mind, I would expect to see the tracking for your payment by early next week. Once your tracking comes through, I'll come back to update this thread.
