3 months and no payments from Planet 7


I have had some good luck at Planet 7 and they have paid, after long delays on some previous winnings. However, after that, I am not looking at 3 months delays for a withdrawal for 2352 approved on 1/26 and another for 2180 approved 1/31. Checking back every couple weeks just results in "escalations" and apologies but nothing happens. I have attached screenshots of the approvals, an email confirmation and most recent chat (5/11) saying they would escalate the already escalated request and the escalation itself takes 10 days. The agent confirms they are approved but not paid, and previously escalated. I'm a patient person, but this it out of bounds. As you can see in the confirmation email, payment should occur within 10 to 20 business days. I am asking for this it to be paid out via wire transfer, or to contact someone in authority with whom I can negotiate a quick settlement for this and the other outstanding withdrawals I have with them from Feb as well.

I'm glad the issues were resolved for you--this was the most important part. ;-)

As far as the 'skilled player' bit, this is very much a real problem. I can't explain how players get around things (for obvious reasons), but they do and we have to do whatever possible to avoid this sort of player. I'm not by any means asserting this is the sort of player you are, but we do look at wins vs. losses with our players.

Unfortunately, I have nothing to do with this end of the business. The best thing for you to do is to speak with your VIP host and he/she will be better equipped to tell you what you'll need to do to get these sort of bonuses reinstated.

I would love to play more at Planet7 however, I have evidently been banned from using no playthrough bonuses like other players can. I am told, I have been classified as a "skllled" player and so cannot use your excellent bonuses of that sort.

This is confusing. As I assume your slots are random, then there would be no such thing as skill involved with playing slots.

Is it possible for access to these kinds of bonuses be reinstated?
