Unfairly confiscating winnings

Dear AskGamblers and 24hBet,
On Valentines day I won 2345 euros on 24hBet casino. I deposited, got welcome bonus with no problem, I wagered my money accourding the rules and terms, and then I make my withdraw. I played slots.
24hBet send me an email where they request my documents. I have sent them everything what they wanted. After they requested another bill and selfie with my ID from me. I sent them immediately. No other information I didn't got from them except request for my documents.
After about 10 days of waiting I got mail from them that I am now verified, but that I am not aloud to got their welcome bonus. This is not true and not fair, because I can see in terms and even here that players from Croatia are accepted and that they give reviews about 24hbet casino and their bonuses which they got.
Also, why I got a bonus with no problem if I could not get? Is it fair to me and the other players? Accept our money, give us bonus and when we win something then took our winnings and accuse us for cheating. :(
