Withdrawal under review for ages

Dear sirs,

I deposited 1000 pounds the 11 th of February to play on this casino. After I won 204 pounds I requested total 1204 pounds withdrawal. To let you know when I deposited I was requested to provide id and proof of address which I did and was verified. The day after my withdrawal they requested from me in an email extra documents: my selfie with my if next to me, my bank card photo, bank statement which I immediately provided. After two days the came back again and they asked me for latest statement showing the deposit to them which I immediately did. After that I believed it was a matter of time so I deposited on the 14 th of february another 1000 from my same card and bank account and won 1925 so I withdrew another 2925 in total the same day. Since the 14th of February I haven't heard anything from them. They are constantly ignoring me and they reply only with generic emails give us time etc. all emails proofs can be sent to you if requested. I feel like they are intentionally ignoring me, so they will not process my money withdrawal.
