Withdrawal delayed for over 1 month no communication from casino

My withdrawal has been pending for over one month.

The delay was caused by the casino, as they failed to request verification documents on time. I was not contacted and had to follow up myself. I have now completed verification, but the funds are still unpaid.

This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I have complied with all requirements and expect immediate payment.

If not resolved urgently, I will escalate this further.

Withdrawal under review for ages

Dear sirs,

I deposited 1000 pounds the 11 th of February to play on this casino. After I won 204 pounds I requested total 1204 pounds withdrawal. To let you know when I deposited I was requested to provide id and proof of address which I did and was verified. The day after my withdrawal they requested from me in an email extra documents: my selfie with my if next to me, my bank card photo, bank statement which I immediately provided. After two days the came back again and they asked me for latest statement showing the deposit to them which I immediately did. After that I believed it was a matter of time so I deposited on the 14 th of february another 1000 from my same card and bank account and won 1925 so I withdrew another 2925 in total the same day. Since the 14th of February I haven't heard anything from them. They are constantly ignoring me and they reply only with generic emails give us time etc. all emails proofs can be sent to you if requested. I feel like they are intentionally ignoring me, so they will not process my money withdrawal.

They will not process withdrawal

I initiated my withdrawal of €500 on the 2nd of November. The withdrawal was then sat in “pending status”, then after 2 days, the withdrawal was still say in pending but the initial date had changed to the 3rd November. I did think this was strange.

Now it’s the 8th November and it’s still sat in pending stage. This is 6 days after the withdrawal was requested.

I spoke to their customer support team on live chat who weren’t very helpful. I then sent emails to their support team only to be told that once they have information on my withdrawal, they will then get in touch.

They are just fobbing me off and not paying my withdrawal. I’ve read some quite damming reviews about this casino and how they refuse to pay withdrawals and close players accounts when they question it.
