They will not process withdrawal

I initiated my withdrawal of €500 on the 2nd of November. The withdrawal was then sat in “pending status”, then after 2 days, the withdrawal was still say in pending but the initial date had changed to the 3rd November. I did think this was strange.

Now it’s the 8th November and it’s still sat in pending stage. This is 6 days after the withdrawal was requested.

I spoke to their customer support team on live chat who weren’t very helpful. I then sent emails to their support team only to be told that once they have information on my withdrawal, they will then get in touch.

They are just fobbing me off and not paying my withdrawal. I’ve read some quite damming reviews about this casino and how they refuse to pay withdrawals and close players accounts when they question it.

Further to my last post, 247Bet have now cancelled my withdrawal, after 8 days and now it’s back in my casino account. So it’s all starting again, I have to request withdrawal again and wait for it to come out of “pending” stage.

They have said that their finance team have emailed me but they have not, I’ve asked for them to resend the email but they haven’t.

Something doesn’t seem right with this casino and seem to be refusing to process my withdrawal.
