They are refusing to credit the deposit
Hello! I am urgently asking for your help. About 17 months have passed, and my deposit still hasn't been credited. On February 28, 2025, I made a deposit of 46,700 rubles. On March 7, 2025, I received a response stating that the payment had been located and that, to have it credited, I needed to submit a new deposit request, which they would then process. I did exactly that. They told me to wait. I kept following up for a month, but eventually, I gave up hope. The status in my personal account still shows "Approval of compensation." They are still asking me to wait. I can't handle this without your help.
