They are refusing to credit the deposit

Hello! I am urgently asking for your help. About 17 months have passed, and my deposit still hasn't been credited. On February 28, 2025, I made a deposit of 46,700 rubles. On March 7, 2025, I received a response stating that the payment had been located and that, to have it credited, I needed to submit a new deposit request, which they would then process. I did exactly that. They told me to wait. I kept following up for a month, but eventually, I gave up hope. The status in my personal account still shows "Approval of compensation." They are still asking me to wait. I can't handle this without your help.

Dear all,

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, it has been determined that due to the inability of 1xCasino to provide a clear timeframe for the resolution of the compensation issue, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.

We do, however, recommend 1xCasino to request a reopening of the complaint, once the case is resolved.

Dear AskGamblers, I would like to hear your opinion. I believe 17 months was enough time to resolve the deposit issue. Now they want me to wait another 2 months. That is simply too long.

What do you mean, "two months"? Are you kidding me? I’ve been waiting for 17 months. All this time, you kept telling me the issue was being resolved. Dear AskGamblers, please take action against 1xCasino. The deposit was located on March 7, 2025—technical support confirmed this. This is outrageous. Compensation? They haven't been able to credit a deposit they actually found nearly 17 months ago, and now they're asking me to wait even longer. I believe action needs to be taken against them.

I deposited 700EGP A WEEK AGO and I didn’t receive on my casino account till now , no matter they said it’s instantly and my account fully verified, and everytime I complain they just tell me to keep waiting .and use the same script Regards ,

Not verifying account not allowed to play and withdraw

1xcasino not verifying my account. It's been more than 2 weeks. Taking very long time to verify.. I have provided all the documents which I have.. Still account not verified.. Not allowing to play and withdraw funds.. 200000INR stuck in that account unable to withdraw..they blocked my account and For every week they are asking for one new document, not asked all documents at a time.. They did everything wantedly to delay verification.. Finally I have submitted all the documents which I have and which are mandatory for verification.
I have
Provided ID card
Selfie photos with ID cards
E-Wallet screenshots (selfies as well)
Provided Wi-Fi bill
They asked these in different variations to delay verification..
I have provided everything..
But still not verified..
