Not paying my balance of almost 600USD

I would like to file a complaint against 1xBit.
I deposited money into my 1xBit account and placed several bets on sports matches. The next day, when I tried to log in to check whether my bets had won, the website showed the message “User not found” and I could no longer access my account.
I contacted 1xBit live chat support, and they told me to contact their security department by email at [email protected]. I did that.
After contacting them, I received a reply stating that my account had been closed and that 1xBit had decided to stop any cooperation with me due to an alleged violation of their Terms and Conditions. However, they did not provide any specific explanation, evidence, or the exact Terms and Conditions clause that I allegedly violated.
My remaining balance, which is almost 600 USD, is still in the account. 1xBit did not provide any information about this money or explain how I can withdraw it.
I then formally requested the withdrawal of my remaining balance and asked them to confirm the exact account balance, the reason for the closure, the specific rule allegedly violated, and the instructions for withdrawing my funds.
Since then, I have not received any further response from 1xBit, and they are ignoring my emails.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to help me resolve this issue and assist me in recovering my remaining balance.
