My 1570 USDT balance confiscated after my withdrawal was rejected

I am filing this complaint regarding 1xBit account User ID 1767498155 and support ticket #9471020.

On September 12, 2026, my account had a balance of approximately 1,570.52 USDT after sports betting. At 23:11, I submitted withdrawal request #5279982281 for 1,570.52 USDT.

At 23:43, the withdrawal was marked as “Unable to withdraw funds.” No explanation was provided for the failed withdrawal.

This was not the first failed withdrawal attempt. My transaction history shows several previous withdrawal requests that were also rejected.

Shortly afterwards, I lost access to my account. I contacted 1xBit support and was referred to their security department.

The security department eventually informed me that they had decided to close my account because of an alleged violation of their Terms and Conditions. However, they did not tell me which specific term I had violated, what conduct allegedly constituted the violation, which bets were affected, or provide any evidence supporting their decision.

Their security team specifically wrote to me: “The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. You can withdraw the deposited sum only.”

I asked them to explain how I could withdraw my funds because I could no longer access the account normally.

I later regained access to the account, but almost all of the balance had disappeared. The account now shows only 11.37 USDT.

This is also inconsistent with 1xBit’s own statement that I could withdraw my deposited funds. Their own transaction history shows cryptocurrency deposits into my account, including 348 USDT and 148 USDT on September 12 alone, totaling 496 USDT.

I have preserved evidence showing:

* My account User ID 1767498155

* The 1,570.52 USDT withdrawal request

* The subsequent failed withdrawal

* Multiple earlier failed withdrawal attempts

* My cryptocurrency deposit records

* My betting history

* The current account balance of only 11.37 USDT

* My correspondence with 1xBit security

I also preserved the blockchain transaction hashes linked from 1xBit’s own transaction history. The original transaction links now return a 404 page, but the URLs themselves contain the transaction hashes, and the corresponding blockchain transactions can be independently verified.

I subsequently sent 1xBit a formal complaint asking them to identify the exact Terms and Conditions clause allegedly violated, explain why the 1,570.52 USDT withdrawal was rejected, provide a complete account ledger, and explain the removal of my balance.

Several days have now passed without a substantive response.

I dispute the confiscation of my legitimate sports betting winnings. A general statement that I violated the Terms and Conditions, without identifying the specific clause, conduct, or evidence, is not an adequate explanation for confiscating my balance.

I am requesting that 1xBit return my full legitimate account balance of 1,570.52 USDT, less only any amount that can be properly documented as having already been paid to me.

If 1xBit maintains that any winnings may be confiscated, I ask them to provide the exact contractual clause, the specific alleged violation, the affected bets, and the evidence relied upon.

At an absolute minimum, 1xBit should return the full deposited principal that its own security department explicitly stated I was entitled to withdraw.
