Deposit of 50 JOD rejected but not refunded support ignoring my case
On 14/09/2025 at 3:42 PM, I deposited 50 JOD into my 1xBet account (ID: 826935905).
The transfer was made from phone number 0772345718 to 0785029506 via Orange Wallet.
A few hours later, I received a message stating that the deposit was rejected by the operator. However, the money was never returned to my Orange Wallet. This is completely unacceptable.
I contacted your Arabic-speaking support team, but instead of helping me, they refused to assist and even mocked me. I also sent several emails to the official email addresses listed on your website, but I have received no response at all.
This is highly unprofessional and looks like an attempt to withhold customer funds. I demand:
A clear explanation of why the operator rejected the payment.
Immediate refund of my 50 JOD back to my Orange Wallet.
An official response from 1xBet confirming the resolution of this issue.
