14 Business Days And Still No Approval


Requested a $2,000 payout on Tuesday, 10/4. Their policy states "all withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or declined, within 3 business days of your request. Your payment will be made within 7 business days after approval." However, after four live chats, I was told today that the withdrawal request "has been approved", even though the withdrawal request is still pending and my account still shows that I can cancel the requested withdrawal. When I alerted "Arsi" to this, he requested I "wait for 2 business days and contact us again for knowing the progress". When I informed that it has already been 14 business days with still no APPROVAL, much less money transfer, I was informed the information was being "send to my manager. Just contact us in 48 hours to check the progress."

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced, as well as the poor service you've received.

I've looked at your account and I do see that your payment has been sent to be processed. I would expect the wire to be initiated early this week and the payment reflected in your account no later than early next week (hopefully, by the end of this week).
