Waiting 10 weeks for a withdrawal


I had a $100 withdrawal approved on 8/16/16 as a test after seeing so many complaints about slow payment. Obviously they were right. I was told "Thank you for the information, keep in mind our withdrawals take 7-10 business days from approval date to be sent to our processors. Once the processors receives the money then they will issue you the check and they will get back to us with your check’s tracking #. As soon as you receive the check all you need to do is to deposit it into your bank account and don’t mention that the check comes from gaming."
I sent two reply emails to [email protected] after 4 weeks and 6 weeks, with no response. I finally live chatted and was told there were delays because of so many requests and that they would escalate my withdrawal, which would take 48-72 hours to complete. I just called after 96 hours and was told that escalation takes 5-7 business days and that the delay was due to their moving their offices. (First time I've heard this). I am skeptical but I suppose I have no choice but to wait.

I'm very sorry for my slow reply--I'd been traveling for work and I'm doing my best to get caught up with everything.

I've looked at your account and I do see that not only was the payment issued, but tracking shows delivery to you, yesterday (Thursday).
