Their payout terms are fraudulent in my experience. I have had a problem TWICE now (once for $200, once for $294). I gave up on the $200 and just had it redeposited into my account for play. The $294 is still ongoing, 07/11 marks 41 days. I have spoken with support 10-12 times, get the same canned response "it's been sent for processing".

Hi Cabel--

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've checked your account and I do see the payment was made to your Bitcoin wallet on the 14th.

Again, my apologies for the frustration.

I wish you all the best,

Tawni

Paid on the July 14th. 43 days. Double the time frames listed in the Planet7 policies.

When customers make deposits, the funds are collected near real time. Isn't a payout the same transfer of funds....just in reverse? It should be at least in the same ball park. I have had payouts from similar casinos that were paid in anywhere from one to five business days.

I truly enjoyed playing at Planet7: fun games, staff was always professional, software well designed with good graphics and audio. This experience indicates to me that the back end systems cannot support the business. I will not risk wondering if our when those systems will be tested again.
