Delayed Withdrawal No Payment Received
I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from VegasHero.
On 5 February 2026, I requested a withdrawal of my funds from my VegasHero account. As of today, I have not received the payment.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. Their responses state that my withdrawal is in the “final stages of processing” and that “security checks” are being completed. However:
No specific reason for the delay has been provided
No transaction reference number has been issued
No clear processing timeframe has been given
The funds have not been credited to my account
It has now been an unreasonable amount of time since the withdrawal request was submitted. The responses from support appear generic and do not provide concrete information.
I have complied with all verification requirements and there are no outstanding issues on my account.
I respectfully request that AskGamblers intervene and request that VegasHero:
Process and release my full withdrawal immediately
Provide proof of payment once processed
Explain clearly the reason for the delay
I am prepared to provide screenshots of my withdrawal request and all communication with support if required.
I am simply requesting the payment of my legitimately withdrawn funds.
