The Sportaza betting office does not want to pay me money.
On September 21, 2025, I requested a payout. It was Sunday, the weekend. The request only starts on Monday and the two following days, which is Tuesday.
It took three working days, and we did not receive anything within three working days.
Today is the 6th day, and I still have not received anything in my account.
I wanted to contact you for help. If it were possible to resolve this case, they also deactivated my account. I cannot log in to my account.

It has now been more than 6 days since I requested my withdrawal and I still have not received any payment. In addition, my Sportaza account has been deactivated, so I am unable to log in or check the status of my withdrawal.
I kindly ask Sportaza to resolve this matter as soon as possible and process my payout. I am fully ready to cooperate and provide any documents if necessary.
