Withdrawal getting rejected by spin better seems cheating

Spinbetter app is unnecessarily declining my withdrawal since yesterday by giving a reason that “use the same method for deposit and withdrawal “ , however I have been using the same account and method for withdrawal available at their website
Yesterday also they released my 6000 withdrawal after several requests and now again I am using the same method for withdrawal for my other withdrawals but getting rejected again

Since 8 hours i have been mailing them but they are keeping on harassing me,

Please help ask the gambler
They are cheating Indian people

Hello Team,

I deposited 10,000 PKR into my SpinBetter account using Easypaisa. After that, I placed bets, and my current balance is now 33,600 PKR.

Now, when I try to withdraw my winnings, SpinBetter has completely removed Easypaisa from the withdrawal options.

I tried to withdraw using JazzCash, but support is telling me: "withdrawals will only be approved using the same payment method that was used to make a deposit."

This is unfair and misleading. At the time of deposit, Easypaisa was available for both deposit and withdrawal. After I won money, they removed Easypaisa and are now refusing to release my funds.

I am not able to access my own money of 33,600 PKR because of this issue. I am in urgent need of these funds.

I request you to please help me and resolve this matter. Kindly enable Easypaisa withdrawal or allow me to withdraw via JazzCash/bank transfer.

I have attached my Easypaisa deposit receipt, account balance screenshot, and support chat as proof.

My Spinbetter id is 1563536705. I opened account on spinbetter after finding high rating on askgamblers website. I won some cricket bets. I have funds of Rs 43844.57. I am unable to withdraw my fund due to verification. I have been sending documents since 25th may,2026. But still my verification is not completed yet.

The Bookmaker is Not Verifying My Account

So I saw this bookmaker here on this platform and saw they had a high rating so I decided to open an account. After i opened an account I proceed to make a deposit, but right after the withdrawal was successful my account instantly got blocked I don’t know why because I hadn’t even placed a single bet but I didn’t care I understand it’s their choice, I then proceeded to want a refund of my deposit but they said I first needed to do verification which I gladly did and submitted all documents they asked for. But now it has been 4 days and I am not receiving any updates on my verification outcome and my refund I’ve tried to contact this bookmaker but all attempts are ignored and right now I don’t know what to do.

Here is my last resort and I hope askgamblers can help get back my money.

SpinBetter is refusing my withdrawals without legitimate reason

Details about case:

1. Since 26 October, I have consistently tried to withdraw.

2. On 00:50, 27 October, my payment was denied with the following message: "Declined by operator (Payment processing error)". Please see screenshot.

3. I talked to customer support and was told "We regret to inform you that we are experiencing technical difficulties. Our specialists are already aware and working on the issue". See screenshot below. This was also confirmed through email (Ticket#76124746).

4. After this, the bank card withdrawal option (the method I used to deposit) had completely disappeared. Please see screenshot.

5. After a while, the option appeared again, but then it required me to verify my account in order to withdraw. However, the verification process did not allow me to submit either passport or driver's license as ID. Please see attached screenshots.

Please note, less than 1% of the Swedish population has an ID card separate from passport and driver's licence. Passport and driver's licence are accepted national ID in Sweden.

6. On 27 October, I sent an email with my documents in order to verify my account through email (after being recommended to do so when chatting with Customer Support). However, I got a reply saying my account "does not currently require verification". Still, I am unable to withdraw as it does require verification on the site -- the issue remains. Please see screenshots.

7. I keep being pushed around to different emails and say I will have to wait, but whenever I receive a reply it's either irrelevant (like the one above) or not helpful at all. Eventually, I am blocked by Customer Support when trying to receive updates or help that way.

8. All I ever wanted was to withdraw my balance. It's currently on 6000+ euros. I am open to alternative withdrawal methods, I just want my balance to be paid out. Whenever I try to chat or email with SpinBetter, I just get ignored or re-directed to another email where I then get ignored.

I have plenty more screenshots I can provide to prove my case, please let me know.

SpinBetter will not close my account

I want to close my account forever. I know it’s possible looking at the previous posts on askgamblers, the company only gives me an option to close the account for 5 years maximum. I emailed them with a link to post from askgamblers saying that as they can see, it’s possible to close the account forever but even then they just won’t let me close it forever. I don’t want to have an account on the website anymore as I don’t wish to receive any emails or calls from spinbetter 5 years from now.

Verification not done marked my mails as spam

Hi,

This bookmaker has not done my verification and on the other hand marked my mails as spam.

I made multiple attempts to send the required photo in which they asked my face, national Id with text visible and the email communications with them in a single frame visble.

I consider I have provided satisfactory documents still no action is taken.
