Withdraw taking over a week at least

Made a withdrawal, 29.January. Have been in contact with them the last few days, and it is always 1-2 days more to wait. They always have "Technical difficulties" or "A high amount of withdrawals being made right now" Everytime! Funny how they are unable to fix their technical difficulties. Always copy/paste reply, from live support that never can help you with withdraw questions. Maybe dont offer support on withdrawals then?!
