Slow withdrawal not processed
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal from my casino account.
I requested a withdrawal on 29 December 2025. The operator’s stated processing time is up to 5 working days, however this period has now passed and my withdrawal remains pending.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I receive the same copy-and-paste response, with no meaningful update or resolution. This indicates that my complaint is not being handled properly or in good faith.
I urgently require access to these funds, and the ongoing delay is causing me financial difficulty. I therefore request that this matter be escalated immediately and that I receive:
A clear reason for the delay
A confirmed payment date
Evidence that my withdrawal is being actively processed
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further escalation through regulatory and dispute-resolution channels.
