2 Withdrawals since 9 days

Hello, I opened account with this spotbook and played. The last time I deposited money without taking any bonus or freebet then I won. I made 2 Withdraws each 500 because 500 is max limit . And i still have 426 on my account as balance.

I played fair and there is nothing wrong with my account. Until now i didn't received anything. Not even a confirmation when i withdraw the money via Email or so for both withdrawals.

I contact the support everyday more than one time. All the support agents seems to be AI or Bots. The same Answer that i should wait. But until when they dont know. !!!

The bookmaker is delaying payment of my withdrawals and has blocked access to my account without explanation
MrPunter's withdrawal times are extremely long and limited in terms of amount, and every time I contact live chat, I am told that the funds will be sent to me soon, but this is not the case.

First of all, the limit for each withdrawal is set at CAD 750, and since I have nearly CAD 4,000 to withdraw, I am forced to do so in several withdrawals.

I made my first withdrawal request on 08/24/2025 (see attached) and received my funds almost a month later on 09/20/2025 (see attached) after numerous reminders via live chat.
I then followed up with a new withdrawal request on 09/20/2025 (see attached), which was completed on 10/07/2025 (see attached) after numerous reminders as well.

I made another withdrawal request on 10/08/2025 (see attached) and despite numerous reminders, it has still not been completed to date. A few days ago, I noticed that my account was under investigation without any explanation, which prevents me from accessing it.
I therefore contacted customer service by email (see attached) to ask for an explanation, and they replied (see attached) that I had to complete the verification process by uploading the “requested documents” to my account, even though I had already completed this verification process before making my first withdrawals.

The problem is that my account is currently inaccessible, so I cannot find out what documents are required and I cannot upload them.
I therefore replied to the customer service email to ask them what documents were required and whether I could send them by email while waiting for my account to become accessible again, but I never received a reply despite my follow-up (see attached).

I am therefore asking for your intervention here, as MrPunter is trying by all means to delay the withdrawal payments I am requesting, with extremely long payment times, blocking my account for no reason, and requesting further verification when this has already been carried out.
I am simply asking to be able to withdraw the funds in my account.
