In May, I placed a bet on Melbet that turned out to be a winning one. I was able to withdraw an amount immediately, but after that withdrawal, my account was blocked with a remaining balance.
Since May 2025, I have been going through the appeal process requested by the company. I have submitted all the required documents (ID, deposit receipts from Binance, notarized video, and a Microsoft Teams video call). However, since July 25th, I have been waiting for a confirmation code that was never sent to me.
I have written multiple emails to support and used the live chat, but I have not received any clear response or progress in my case.
I feel scammed, as Melbet is keeping my money blocked without any apparent reason.
I request that my funds be released immediately or, failing that, that a clear and transparent resolution of my appeal be provided.

I am truly sorry that you have encountered this issue. However, it has been observed that the same IP address and the same device were used to access two different accounts. This was not an isolated incident — multiple instances of using two accounts from the same IP and device were detected.

• I have always used only one personal account, under my name and verified with my own identification documents.
• I have fully cooperated with Melbet’s security team at all times, providing all requested documentation and replying to every email.
• The decision to permanently block my account and withhold my funds is unfair and unjustified, as I have never violated their terms nor attempted to create additional accounts.
I kindly request that Melbet provide clear and concrete evidence to support this accusation. Otherwise, it is evident that the withholding of my funds is arbitrary and without any real basis.
