Withdraw declined and option to withdraw using same method as deposit absent

Ive been trying to withdraw ₱1300, but i kept getting "declined by operator," and the reason was "payment processing error"
at first, i thought it was because i had an active accumulator bet ongoing, but even after it ended, i still could not withdraw. Another thing was that the method i use to depost (gcash direct), is not available/ nowhere to be found in the withdraw options, and the full gcash option was grayed out, so i tried to use another method (via banktransfer and another Ewallet) but i got the error message that i cannot use other methods to withdraw over the method i use to deposit.
Ive tried to withdraw for the last 2 days. Occasionally, the option for GCash Direct would appear in the withdrawal methods, and i would request to withdraw, but every time without fail, it gets rejected by an operator, with the same reason of payment processing error. I tried to see if i had any bonuses used, but other than the standard accumulator booster, nothing else.
The amount changes in the attached screenshot because, before ₱1300, I had an accumulator bet and won it, from ₱900~ to ₱1500~; then I made two accumulator bets at ₱100+ each, therefore the ₱1300 remaining, which I had intended to withdraw
