Unfair withholding of funds and excessive KYC demands
Dear Askgamblers team,
I would like to file a complaint against Lilibet Casino regarding my withdrawal.
My account verification already shows as "completed".
Despite this, I keep receiving requests for additional documents far beyond standard KYC, such as:
A selfie holding my ID
Salary slips and tax returns ("proof of wealth")
Full bank statements with income sources
A secondary ID, even though one valid ID was already approved
They insist that all files must be uploaded via their system, but the system does not allow me to upload. Customer support confirmed this (see attached screenshot), yet no solution has been provided.
I have contacted support several times and only get repeated requests and no progress.
This situation has turned into an endless cycle where Lilibet keeps asking for more documents without processing my withdrawal. I consider this behavior as deliberate delaying tactics and unfair withholding of my legitimate funds.
I kindly ask Askgamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and ensure that Lilibet releases my withdrawal without further unnecessary and excessive requirements.
