Hi. I have been trying to withdraw my money since the beginning of April. I have already verified my account once. They asked me for additional documents. Then they froze my account until the verification was done. They sent me a link to an application where I should verify the account, but the link did not work. After that, they stopped communicating. and have not responded to my emails. As of May 1st, their website says that they no longer operate in Finland. I was not informed about this either. In any case, they have not responded to my messages for a month and I have about 2000 euros left in my account.
