Payment delayed 20 days
I’m submitting a complaint about delayed withdrawals at Kingmaker. I requested a withdrawal of €500 via Skrill on 10/01/2026 at 17:31:12 (status has been “Under review” since then) and a second withdrawal of €50 on 11/01/2026. As of 30/01/2026, neither withdrawal has been processed, which is around 20 days since the first request. Kingmaker states that withdrawals are processed within 72 business hours, but this has been exceeded by a significant margin.
I have contacted live chat repeatedly and I only receive the same generic responses such as “you are in the queue” and “we escalated your case,” without any clear explanation, confirmed ETA, or proof of progress. I request that Kingmaker processes both withdrawals (€550 total) immediately
