Account closed and withdrawal cancelled

Hello,
I’ve created my account on Kingmaker in May 2025 and made deposit of 100€ via my Skrill wallet. After losing that on sport betting, 3 days later I made new deposit of 160€ also via my Skrill. After some bets, on July 6, 2025 I made a withdrawal of 350€ and it was successful.
On September 7, 2025. I tried to withdraw another 350€ but this time not successful.
On October 6, 2025 my account was locked and next day I sent them all requested documents.
On November 6, 2025 I got mail that my withdrawal was cancelled and two days later they told me that I will get different email for new withdrawal. After that I've asked support on chat multiple times when will they send me that email with details for a withdrawal but they were just telling me that I will.
I have total 1023€ on kingmaker account.
Could you please help me to resolve this situation. Thank you

I have now submitted the additionally requested April Skrill statement in original PDF format. All requested documents have been provided. I am awaiting the casino’s final decision regarding verification and my remaining balance.

I’m submitting a complaint about delayed withdrawals at Kingmaker. I requested a withdrawal of €500 via Skrill on 10/01/2026 at 17:31:12 (status has been “Under review” since then) and a second withdrawal of €50 on 11/01/2026. As of 30/01/2026, neither withdrawal has been processed, which is around 20 days since the first request. Kingmaker states that withdrawals are processed within 72 business hours, but this has been exceeded by a significant margin.

I have contacted live chat repeatedly and I only receive the same generic responses such as “you are in the queue” and “we escalated your case,” without any clear explanation, confirmed ETA, or proof of progress. I request that Kingmaker processes both withdrawals (€550 total) immediately
