I am writing to formally submit a complaint against (Funbet) regarding the unjust blocking of my account and the withholding of my legitimate winnings.

I have been a fully verified customer of Funbet for over one year, during which I have previously deposited funds and successfully withdrawn winnings without issue.
Recently, I deposited €2,000 and, through fair betting activity, increased my balance to €4,202.75. However, immediately after requesting a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked without any clear or specific explanation.
Since this action, I have contacted the operator’s support team more than 20 times requesting clarification and release of my funds. Despite these repeated attempts, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.
I have attached supporting evidence, including:
- Screenshot of my account showing the €4,202.75 balance
- Proof of deposit (€2,000)
- Copies of communication with the operator
- Evidence of account verification status
Request:
I respectfully request that the investigate this matter urgently and ensure that the operator provides:
1. A clear explanation for the account closure/blocking
2. A full review of my betting activity
3. Release of my remaining balance (€4,202.75) if no breach of terms is proven
Given the lack of transparency and failure to respond, I am deeply concerned about the fairness of this action and the treatment of my account.
