Asking for no providable things

Enough! Been more than a month now that I'm trying to get my money off that site, to no avail! Avoid at ALL costs. Two withdrawals frozen and can't request more (which doesn't even align with their ToS)

They won't verify my account because they want proof of ownership of my crypto wallet showing FULL NAME, BIRTHDAY DATE, ADDRESS, PHONE NR, WALLET NR (?!), EMAIL.

Well, too bad a normal anonymous LEDGER crypto wallet does not provide any of that. I sent them all transactions from March (the month I deposited) and all deposits, but me having apparently is not enough! Support is useless. They tell me to use a different browser? AI Bots!!

My VIP manager (who used to even call me on the phone) does not reply anymore. I offered them a selfie with my wallet open in the back, but they don't care. Yes, they surely don't know how crypto works as a crypto casino.

This is the most BS reason to not pay anyone. Should be shut down, NEVER play here!!!!!!!

I want them to verify my account, as I have done more than enough to verify the ownership of my own crypto wallet. Not my fault, they expect some sort of bank statement, or only worked with Coinbase users before! And then they should send me my money (almost 3k!!!)

As of today I have been fully paid and my VIP manager apologized. However I can not recommend the casino as for all the hoops I had to jump through. Furthermore the timing strongly indicates that they only get going when one is willing to go the extra mile and damage their reputation by exposing them. If it was a genuine mistake by the finance department (however that could possibly happen) the way I was ghosted and the weeks it took to get any answer let alone a fruitful one is just a massive NO-GO. However I've now been paid so for me the issue is resolved. Still better to avoid this place.

I am writing to formally submit a complaint against (Funbet) regarding the unjust blocking of my account and the withholding of my legitimate winnings.


My details are as follows:

- Total balance withheld: €4,202.75


Summary of issue:


I have been a fully verified customer of Funbet for over one year, during which I have previously deposited funds and successfully withdrawn winnings without issue.


Recently, I deposited €2,000 and, through fair betting activity, increased my balance to €4,202.75. However, immediately after requesting a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked without any clear or specific explanation.


Since this action, I have contacted the operator’s support team more than 20 times requesting clarification and release of my funds. Despite these repeated attempts, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.


I have attached supporting evidence, including:


- Screenshot of my account showing the €4,202.75 balance

- Proof of deposit (€2,000)

- Copies of communication with the operator

- Evidence of account verification status


Request:


I respectfully request that the investigate this matter urgently and ensure that the operator provides:


1. A clear explanation for the account closure/blocking

2. A full review of my betting activity

3. Release of my remaining balance (€4,202.75) if no breach of terms is proven


Given the lack of transparency and failure to respond, I am deeply concerned about the fairness of this action and the treatment of my account.


I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any further documentation required.
