I am filing this complaint against Funbet regarding a withdrawal that has not been processed, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with their support team.

Description of the issue:
I requested a withdrawal on the date mentioned above. After the standard processing time had passed, I contacted Funbet’s customer support. While they explicitly acknowledged that the payment is owed to me and that my account is in good standing (fully verified), they refuse to process the transaction, citing vague "technical problems."
It has been 11 days, and I have received no concrete timeline for when these issues will be resolved. I have fulfilled all wagering requirements and followed all terms and conditions. At this point, the delay seems like an intentional tactic to avoid payment.
Desired Outcome:
I would like Funbet to prioritize the manual processing of my withdrawal or provide a specific, immediate solution to ensure I receive my funds.
