Ongoing Delay in Withdrawal for weeks

I’m reaching out because I'm really frustrated about how slowly my request for withdrawal is being handled. I feel like I'm just being kept waiting.

I asked to take out 2000 PLN a week ago. I've been waiting for the money to arrive, but I'm starting to lose hope. My payment still says "under review", and that hasn't changed. Every time I contact your support team, they tell me to just "wait" and that my payment will be processed "very soon." But nothing actually happens. I have been very patient, but I'm tired of getting the same empty promises.

I don't see any signs that anything is being done. It feels like I'm being ignored, and I'm honestly starting to worry that I won't see my money at all.

I urge you to take this seriously and process the 2000 PLN withdrawal to my account immediately. I would also like a clear and honest explanation for why there were delays, and a timeline for when I will receive my money.

Keeps rejecting valid documents and delaying my withdrawal
My FezBet betting account has been blocked since the end of November 2025, and since then I have been unable to log in, access my balance, or withdraw my funds.

FezBet requested verification / source-of-funds documents from me, and I fully cooperated. I sent all requested documents multiple times, including ID, card confirmation, full Revolut statements for the requested period (01.10.2025–08.11.2025), CSV export, screenshots, and separate transaction statements for each deposit.

According to the deposit history sent to me by FezBet, there were 12 deposits in that period, all made with card ***7949. All 12 deposits are visible in the Revolut documents I provided.

However, FezBet keeps sending the same template reply saying that “not all deposits are visible”, but they never specify which exact transaction is allegedly missing.

Revolut has confirmed that it is not technically possible to generate a separate card-only statement, so I already provided everything that is technically available from my bank.

FezBet originally informed me on 27 November 2025 that my account / transaction data would be provided within up to 10 business days. This deadline was not respected. After a long delay, they sent me my deposit/withdrawal history and betting history, but they still have not confirmed my exact current account balance.

In addition, their replies are consistently very delayed. In most cases I had to wait at least around one week for a response, and since my most recent message, almost one full month has passed without any reply at all.

Since November 2025, we have exchanged more than 25 messages, yet no meaningful progress has been made. I also had to open multiple new support cases, because in several instances my emails were left unanswered for weeks.

I want FezBet to accept the documents I already provided, complete my verification, confirm my exact account balance, and pay out my full remaining balance. If they still believe something is missing, I want them to clearly specify which exact transaction (date, amount, merchant) they cannot see.

I’m reaching out because I’m really frustrated with the lack of progress on my withdrawal request, and I feel like I’m just being strung along at this point.

Originally, I submitted three separate withdrawal requests for the amounts of $358.73, $70.05, and $85.55. After waiting weeks with no sign of the funds coming through, I cancelled those and submitted a new request for the total amount of $510 to be paid to my crypto wallet.

That request has also gone nowhere. My account still says “under review”, and that status hasn’t changed at all. Every time I contact your support team, I’m told to just “wait” and that my payment will be processed “very soon.” But nothing actually happens. I’ve been more than patient, and I’m tired of getting the same empty promises.

At this point, I don’t see any indication that anything is being done. It feels like I’m being ignored, and I’m honestly starting to worry that I won’t see my money at all.

Please take this seriously and do the right thing:

Process the $510 withdrawal to my crypto wallet immediately.

Give me a clear and honest explanation for the delays and a real timeframe for when I’ll receive my money.

If I don’t get a proper response soon, I’ll have no choice but to take further steps — including reaching out to your licensing authority and filing complaints on public review platforms.

I really hope this can be resolved without that. I just want the funds I’ve rightfully withdrawn.
