Delayed Withdrawal Processing and Funds Not Received
I have contacted your support team multiple times regarding my withdrawal request, and I have screenshots of every conversation for each day since I submitted the withdrawal request 7 days ago.
Every time I contact support, I receive the same response asking me to “please be patient,” even though I was clearly informed that the withdrawal process would be completed within 3 business days, excluding official holidays.
I do not understand the reason for this delay, especially since the withdrawal method is through cryptocurrency, which is usually processed much faster.
The repeated identical responses without any clear explanation are very frustrating. I kindly request a clear update regarding my withdrawal status and the exact reason for the delay.
