I wait on a 259 Euro payout since 18 March

I requested on 18 March a withdrawal of 259 Euro. I waited 14 days until 1 April and then my withdrawal got cancelled. The support told me I should request it again but I could not log in to my account. Then the support escalated my request to the responsible department. I waited until today 10 April and nothing happened. Today I spoke again with the support and asked when I get my withdrawal, and he told me I need to write an email to cs@boomerang-bet.com. I wrote the email and wait again for any answer from them.

Hello i got now an answer from the support! They confirmed that i have 259 Euro in my account and asked me for photos of my ID Card and a selfie. I sended them this photos and hope to receive my money in the next days.

I also wrote again an E-Mail to [email protected] and told them about the complaint here on Askgamblers. I asked that they could give here an answer about my 259 Euro.

Hello i wrote again to the Live Chat support and they told me that they still investigate my account which is suspended for me. My 259 Euro are in my Account and stay there until the management make a decision about my account. But they can not give me a timeframe how long that will need because they have such a high amount of Accounts to investigate. I find it very interesting that they have to investigate so many Accounts of customers. I see that here on Askgamblers are already 3 complaints against this Site and 2 stayed unresolved!

Unpaid withdrawals

My withdrawals have now been pending for 10 days, my account is fully verified and I have deposited more than my total withdrawal. They claim withdrawals can take up to 96 hours to process, but under certain circumstances withdrawals may take longer. After 10 days my withdrawal is still in the first stage of processing, from my experience it is impossible that no processing has been done and my withdrawal is still in the first stage.

Support is unhelpful and they just apologize time after time and assure me that I will get paid, but based on what I’ve seen, many other customers have had withdrawal issues with this company.

I made 2 withdrawals. One is now almost 136 hours, and another one is 124 hours under review.

According to the terms, it should be paid within 96 hours. i don,t know what is going on and what is going to happen.

Account closure and money witheld

Hello

I've been locked out of my Boomerang Bet account since Feb 5th, 2026. Ive been to support chat multiple times where they told me to communicate by email with customer service.

I was getting some communication back from Boomerang and they asked me to KYC saying that my account was being closed for administration purposes.

As of Feb 18th, I've completed all of their demands, sending selfies and documents to prove my identity. The last request was for me to send a transaction history of the payment method used to deposit in the period of November, showing all transactions, which I did.

I have sent 4 follow up emails to them and went to live chat today - I still have no resolution or answer.

The live chat told me that this process takes a while, but at this point, theyre just giving me the run around to steal my money.

Before being locked out of my account, I had requested the withdrawal of my remaining funds, I currently have 2 withdrawals pending.

One request made on Jan 10 in the amount of 750$ and a second made on jan 12 in the amount of 332$

Your help would be appreciated.

Not able to use the account missing withdrawal button funds cannot be retrieved

After 3 days of play, with 120 usdc in profit, they have made it impossible to use my account or withdraw money... unreal....
My name is Csaba and I have opened the account at boomerangbet on june 18, deposited 574 usdc and played maybe 5 bets more or less. then the page became unresponsive to me when I logged in. I couldnt use the account from anywhere, pc or phone, I have verified myself fully so I tought, OK if i cant play anymore, they must give me my money back. I made 120 usdc in profit, so they cant say I have looeted them much. After exchanging 67 emails about what I can or should do, we ended up in square one, I cant use the account and I cant withdraw the money and they are giving me ZERO explanation. it is a first, throughout my betting career to do this to a customer, who did absolutely nothing wrong. I will write to all social media about my story, because really, it is one of a kind I think, when there was 0 harm in the TCS done and basically almost 3 months and I cant withdraw the money at all. So extremely disappointed in this site, that has performed so well last year and came as a recommendation from a friend lately....
I dont understand what is happening, I have written to them and they are NOT saying anything new or helping me. I will attach the emails that I have been dealing with them, so you can see the utter incompetence....
