Account closure and money witheld
Hello
I've been locked out of my Boomerang Bet account since Feb 5th, 2026. Ive been to support chat multiple times where they told me to communicate by email with customer service.
I was getting some communication back from Boomerang and they asked me to KYC saying that my account was being closed for administration purposes.
As of Feb 18th, I've completed all of their demands, sending selfies and documents to prove my identity. The last request was for me to send a transaction history of the payment method used to deposit in the period of November, showing all transactions, which I did.
I have sent 4 follow up emails to them and went to live chat today - I still have no resolution or answer.
The live chat told me that this process takes a while, but at this point, theyre just giving me the run around to steal my money.
Before being locked out of my account, I had requested the withdrawal of my remaining funds, I currently have 2 withdrawals pending.
One request made on Jan 10 in the amount of 750$ and a second made on jan 12 in the amount of 332$
Your help would be appreciated.
