No withdrawal since January 29th
I am submitting a complaint against Boabet for non-payment of a withdrawal.
Withdrawal details:
- Amount: 84,375 HUF
- Withdrawal date requested: January 29, 2026
- Withdrawal method: Bank transfer to Revolut
Boabet has repeatedly claimed that the withdrawal was "sent". However, my bank (Revolut) has officially confirmed in writing that:
- No incoming transfer from Boabet has been received
- No pending or failed transaction exists
- No SWIFT / UETR reference exists
- Therefore, the transfer was never initiated
Despite multiple requests, Boabet has refused to provide any payment proof or transaction reference.
All evidence, including Revolut’s written confirmation, bank statements (January–February), withdrawal screenshots, and my formal ultimatum email to Boabet, is attached.
I request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this case and ensuring that the full amount is paid immediately.
